The older I get I realized that I need to be careful with my knees and joints. This is why I created this low-impact cardio class.
Yes, I still like to take it extreme sometimes, but I know that my body likes to take it easy too.
Cardio doesn't always have to be intense. Your cardio program should consists of a variety of exercises like you do with nutrition.
We get to dance to some of the hits.
It is continous cardio. Basic steps, easy to follow just for you with two left feet. Options for those more advanced.
