MEET PENNY

My name is Penny Vieau, M.Ed. I have only spent 10 years as a group exercise instructor, and a personal trainer.  I am currently an adjunct professor for McMurry University and Cisco College, Abilene, TX, where I work with exercise science, kinesiology, and physical education majors.  I am currently certified by ACE, Schwinn, AFAA, and several speciality organizaitons.

I received my Bacholor's Degree in Physical Education as well as a Masters in Fitness and Wellness from Hardin-Simmons University.

I created My Physique, Inc. to help women who are intimidated by the big mainstream gyms around town.  I truly understand what women need.  A place to get a way and work on themselves.

I wanted to create an environment in which women can just really let their hair down and socialize with other women.

We have so much fun getting to know other women and finding out cool things around town.  I enjoy teaching women the proper way to workout and neat little exercises they can do at home.

I sure hope to see sometime soon.
